LMNT Offices

LMNT Offices is an office project in Vienna’s 11th district. ALTA presents the venture here. The full account is on the project website.
The building combines office space with terraces and planted courtyards. Units start at about 350 m² and extend to entire floors. Two set-back top floors form larger terraces.
The Simmering location connects the city centre, the main station, the airport, and the urban motorway. Below ground, parking and storage are planned.
